Asia Pharma x Optimus , Dhaka Bangladesh

Asia Pharma Expo is an international trade fair for the South Asian pharmaceutical industry and takes place in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We designed the exhibition space for Optimus, India's one of the leading pharmaceutical companies.

The program was to incorporate a conference room, a semi-formal lounge space, open to all meeting spaces, accomodating 30-35 people.

The intent was to design a warm and comforting space using a sophisticated material palette. Oak timber look alike melamine panels are used as the dominant building material, and a grey carpet floor and white walls contribute to the minimal aesthetic of the convention center. The highlight is the louvered ceiling panels, that constitute a linear rhythm inside the space and also contain the tube lights that light up the entire space. Orange, turquoise, lime yellow, and powder blue are the brand colors used in the space that add the necessary quirk.
